The lab test center of JJM offers various reliability tests,including environmental reliability tests,board-level reliability tests,and service life reliability tests,as well as a full range of failure analysis services.

The laboratory of JJM has received the lab approval certificate(CNAS certification)from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment

JJM Laboratory Test Center was established in 2011 with three testing sites in Nantong. Qidong,and Shenzhen.At present,there are 50 staff members,including 5 managers,45 testing personnel,4 signature authorizers,2 intermediate titles,6 assistant titles,and 21 bachelor-degree holders.The laboratory covers an area of 2000m(Nantong:1200m, Qidong:800m).The laboratory management system was released and implemented in August 2018,and the CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate (L13169)was obtained in March 2020.There are nearly 170 kinds of equipment in the laboratory,which can perform 20+items of reliability tests,10+items of surge overvoltage detection,and 10+items of failure analysis and characteristic tests.The laboratory maintains long-term cooperation with the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Xidian University,CRRC,and other associations.
