Transistor opto-coupler

Transistor opto-coupler

Transistor opto-coupler takes an infrared emitting diode as the emitting terminal and is optically coupled with the silicon planar phototransistor detector at the receiving terminal. The products are used in electrical insulation, level conversion, interstage coupling, switching circuits, signal isolation, pulse signal amplification, and input and output interface. In the switching power supply, the linear optocoupler can be used to form a voltage feedback circuit, and the duty cycle can be changed by adjusting the current at the control terminal for precise voltage stabilization.
